It's a tricky process, but over the years she has mastered and perfected the techniques associated with getting it done.
There are two major uses for these Spells. The first is if you have ordered a Spell of your own and you wish to neutralize its effects. Perhaps you have ordered an Adore Me Spell and you realize that the target is no longer worth your time. Or, perhaps you had an offensive Spell Cast against one of your enemies, with whom you've since buried the hatchet. The fact of the matter is that if you do not cancel a Spell, they often go on for a long time.
The other use is if you feel you've been the victim of some kind of offensive Magick. Again, Magick doesn't always have an expiration date, and "waiting it out" is rarely a good strategy.
