Raised a Christian in the small Canadian town of Chicoutimi, Eugénie discovered her talent for Divination in her teenage years. She has decided to pursue this Gift ever since. She is a Tarot and Cards expert, and has become highly skilled in Channeling, or making contact with the Netherworld. These powers, along with her ability to communicate with Angels, Demons, and Spirits of the Dead have made Madame Lacroix an invaluable member of J. Roslyn Antle’s Coven.

Eugénie’s primary role within the Coven is as a Medium. She attempts to facilitate communication between Spirits with messages and the earthly world. To be able to do so, one must have the rare ability to enter a trance, transcend into a state of unity with the Spirit World, and allow a particular Spirit to penetrate her physical body. Then, the Medium is able to relay that lexis of that Spirit in her own voice. During the Spellcasting process, Spirits often enter the body of Madame Lacroix to enhance the Spell’s strength. She utilizes this faculty mainly for Self-Improvement Spells, and has earned the title of Master Spell Caster due to the potency of her natural abilities coalesced with the further guidance of the Spirits.

Additionally, though the branch of learning has not yet been reputable enough for practice beyond the Witching World, Eugénie is an accomplished Astrologer and Numerologist. She has studied under the likes of Robert Hand, Joan Donavon, and Isabel Hickey. She offers many basic Astrology services to 7witches, and hopes to offer a more in-depth approach to these arts soon.
